its ridiculous how low my calorie intake needs to be in order for me to lose weight. But I's worth it I guess. I'm using Fittea. I saw a banner ad and bought it. It works really well to control my appetite. I have to remind myself this is just temporary. I will be able to eat a bit more when I get to my goal.
61.4 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
