Okay back to the induction phase, I have been trying to incorporate evening snacks into my OWL phase, but I am completely stalled since going to OWL.. I have only added the following pistachios, sugar free Jello with low carb cream pecans and I have been very good on serving size. I tried a snack every night even though I am not gaining I should be dropping, so I will stay in induction for at least 5 more weeks before thanksgiving. Hopefully that I can pull off a 10 pound loss by then...then I can be under 195 for the new year...I am so motivated. However, I need to step up the walking some more... to change things around.
