Not sure if my scale working properly because I don't think it's possible to lose 5 pounds in one day. Still, sure makes me feel good today! Anyway...eating and exercise have been HORRIBLE this month. I've ate any and everything that sounded even remotely interesting and have yet to make it to the gym. I have GOT to get back on track. I'm supposed to be so much farther in my weightloss journey than where I am. This week will be different, hopefully for the better. We're taking vacation and, though my eating won't be the best, I'll definitely get plenty of exercise. Lots of walking and swimming planned!! Checked the weather this morning and it's supposed to be beautiful! Can't wait to leave on Tuesday!!
