Today is interesting for the first time, I saw a picture of a chocolate chip cookie and I WANT IT. I have to go to the store after work and this is my normal hungry time of the day, where I will get a snack when I get home. I have even though of what would happen to my zone if I cheated today and if I cheated is a chocolate chip cookie worth a cheat to get out of Ketosis. NO!!! So, I immediately came to this site, as to where I get motivation and support to continue on my Journey. Now, I really need to think as to why I had this trigger all of the sudden is it because I am in the 4th week and starting to establish new habits, why did that cookie all the sudden looked so tempting. I am going to have to ponder this while on my walk today. However, I now feel ready to face the store without temptation.
