Worked out on the bike trainer for 35 minutes. Wish I knew how fast and how far, but that's ok, still worked up a sweat. Then moved on to the incline trainer for 30 more minutes. That one tells me what I have done, I just wish the program did more calories. As I progress and get stronger, I know it will get tougher!
