Stayed on track another day and am feeling great,cant wait to weigh in next week.
I think the key to my success the past few days is not to have junk food in my house at all,even for others.I just cant stop at one biscuit or one piece of chocolate as i love the taste and by the time i know it,i have eaten a whole pack to myself and feeling terrible.
