Yea LEPTIN, I was 2 months on Atkins and lost 10# (up & down), today
starts my 14th day on Leptin diet and I have lost 12.8# plus my 10#
total 22.8 pounds.....leptin leptin leptin so glad I found you.
84.9 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats!!!!!!!! Do you find having the whey powder for lunch is filling enough? I am worried it would spike my insulin too much.....
