Tough workout today because I was battling possibly a sinus headache?? I am not feeling terrible bad except the headache. Muscled through so I am super proud of myself. Tried to take a progress pic but it was fuzzy so we will wait until later
Down a little more weight today - Total of about 5.5 since Mondayish last week. That water comes off fast - the fat not so fast That is ok - It's the fat swan song and they are not welcome to return! Hit the road fat! and don't you come back no more, no more, no more, no more!
