So... my home scale says I'm 158.6 lbs this morning (w/ light clothes on) and I did have goodies yesterday but... my curiosity is getting the best of me. I'm a student, work two jobs, and I have been going to the gym lately, I use the under-armour food tracker to keep track of my food and nutrients going in so I know I eat fairly well. The scale may say I weigh more but I keep losing clothing sizes before I can even wear out my replacement clothes lately (awesome but frustrating), I feel good and am starting to get more definition muscularly... yet the scale says I'm gaining or maintaining weight.
Muscle vs fat?
I hope, honestly, that I'm just gaining muscle but its tricky to gauge... anyone have thoughts?
I'm also wearing smaller pants than I ever did in HS or junior high. Weird but cool...
