Hello lovelies!

This is just a rambling ramble. I'm drinking Kalemonade. It's pretty dank, yo. ;) Kale, apple, cucumber and lemon. I make my own veggie juice but just end up listing them as "mean green" or "beet juice" etc on my logs because they are around the same calories. And well, I love them. My hair has never been so glossy, nails are super strong and white, so are the whites of my eyes. Just can't get enough.
I love eating veggies, too but I still don't think I could eat nearly enough raw veggies, so why not drink some, too. But that's just me.

Is it weird that I list calories in my supplements, too? I take a lot, but I no longer take other OTC meds like ib profen, heartburn pills/tums - I used to need all of them before. Now I don't and that's pretty fantastic. Lots of turmeric, chaga, spirulina, chlorella, krill oil, vitamin d3, etc.
