Went on my hour walk today. Pine Valley where I live has many hiking trails but I've never been on any of these before, The one I used today is behind my house in the Cleveland National Park, It goes up the montain about a mile then down by a stream. The weather was perfect about 72 degrees. I took my smaller dog; my big American Bulldog is afraid of everything and trys to hide between my legs(that's how I broke my pelvis about 3 months ago). The photos didn't turn out that great. I'm no better with the camera then I am with the computer. Anyway the one I put on my profile picture was just some of the beautiful trees I saw on the path. This was also the day for my 200 cal. treat. Chips----chips-----chips about 500 cals. Bad girl! It going to be hard to cut down my cals by 2000 this week with this slip. Speaking of slips, I just checked my diet calendar for yesterday----don't think I can eat the rest of the week
