Making a point to log every bite I put in my mouth..
No more being lazy or busy with other things..
If I don't take care of me,I can't take care of anyone else..

Well dinner is over and I am light on calories,fats and carbs.I just made my veggie carbs,little over 13.I have logged each measured bite.Skipped breakfast again.Not a good thing to do.Don't plan on eating another bite tonight.No snacking...Kitchen is closed... Will do better tomorrow.
