Well dinner is over and I am light on calories,fats and carbs.I just made my veggie carbs,little over 13.I have logged each measured bite.Skipped breakfast again.Not a good thing to do.Don't plan on eating another bite tonight.No snacking...Kitchen is closed...
Will do better tomorrow.
