Seems that every time I weigh that I'm ok with what the scale says. I look at it and I goal a 5 pound loss and am happy for each ounce. I know if my weight takes a stand still that it will come off, it has too! I don't cheat but 1 time a week and I don't go crazy. I also feel it when I cheat and sometimes my stomach hurts after so I have come to the decision that a lil cheat is ok but watch what and how much. My blood sugar i still under what it was and that's great!
