Day 2 of resetting my leptin. I got to sleep easier than I thought with no food after dinner, normally I am sooo hungry I have to eat before bed. Today I coped well between meals, was a little low on calories so am eating cheese with my dinner to hold me over till breakfast.
The only odd thing last night was that I woke up to pee and started shivering violently until I put something warm and heavy on me to sleep. I never do that normally and our house isn't that cold. Maybe my body was freaking over the no snacks LOL
My tummy doesn't feel so bloated today so that is good!
