Darn it !!! I'm not sure where I am going wrong but I can't believe my weight went up again :( my carbs have been between 14 and 20 1 day at 23, I have been working out almost everyday !!! I didn't even cheat this weekend :)
69.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know that you are frustrated and it is a place none of us want to visit too often. I looked at your food diary and saw a couple of things that you might want to think about. One, you are using twice the amount of splenda one is to use at the induction level. You also don't seem to be eating many veggies...we need to have about 15 net carbs a day. I also see that you have no protein at breakfast...you need to start your day with some sort of protein in order to get things moving in the right direction. I cannot use Atkins bars as they tend to make me stall. I am not an expert and certainly don't do Atkins perfectly myself but these were some of the things that I saw in your diary. Wishing you success soon.

2227Gwen, thank you for checking my food, the splenda always kills me, I have a sweet tooth :( but I took my MIM last night and I am down again I have a hard time with breakfast but I will try to make something earlier, I work out in the am and if I eat before it makes me sick but maybe if I do it right after, Thanks for the input !!!
