Struggling with all the traveling and sticking to meal plan. I have to pre-plan more. because of how much weight I have lost (120 + lbs) I seem to have a capacity to gain back water weight big time! Didn't feel like working out today but got it done anyway. I had to do mental gymnastics but it is done and I feel like proud of myself. My back is bothering me a bit. I don't think it is the workout but weekend warrior stuff with the garden and trying some weeds rather than digging etc. Hope it feels better in the morning.. Busy day - Need to get in a quick workout before I talk to my coach tomorrow. Perhaps HIIT and abs, Physical therapy stuff and stretching to allow this back some time to heal. Advocare Night Time Recovery should help too!
