I am afraid to count it yet but the scale said 280.8 this morning but over the last few days I have finally broken the plateau and lost water weight ect. Yesterday was a small cheat day and I am satisfied today! I find around Sat. afternoon I just break down a little and have a lil something. I still counted everything I ate and although I was a lil over on my plan I fell within the limitations of this program. So today is another new day and if I'm still down that weight I will count it tomorrow? I'm so very excited!
