I have been on the Prism diet for almost 4 months, and I feel great! I'm amazed to see how far I have come to this point. I feel so good to see that I'm officially under 300lbs; I thought this day would never come. More things that stand out in my head now is little things like today I sat down in a chair when before the chair hugged my hips and today I had room to wiggle. Just little things like that amaze me, and I take pride in that. I still have a long ways to go, but I know with God all things are possible. I just have to stay focused and determined.
