Had an AMAZING workout, I'm back down to 150 and I am NOT going to cheat this weekend !!! I would love to get past 150 into the 140's. That is my goal for the weekend :)
68.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
