I was like that this AM, yet I still showed a loss. And my waist went UP an inch. I guess if you're going to measure to see how you're doing, the waist is not particularly reliable. Hopefully by tomorrow your bloat will have vanished, along with a pound or two.

Mom, are you sure you don't have Gut Candida? A candida bloom can cause Gus Gas to build up. Try Cutting out ALL Sugar for three days. Actually, go to this page and have a read. http://www.nationalcandidacenter.com/Self-Test-1-My-Diet-s/1827.htm

lol Interesting that you suggest candida. When I was still fairly new on the site I ended up in a semi-awkward conversation about candida. Just to clarify for those that might not be aware; candida is a type of yeast overgrowth that occurs in the stomach, it's a lot more common than it gets attention for and can cause a host of unpleasant symptoms.

oh yeah that makes sense! I ate some sugar yesterday (on my "up" day). Low carb tends to reduce the yeasts because they have little to feed on. I read that yeasts are what breaks your body down after death, so you can imagine that having extra numbers while you're alive isn't doing you any good.

NOPE. Bad news. You can also tell yeast is bad because Dr's and women refer to it as an "INFECTION" Which is exactly what Candida is. An infection. At least when it go's out of control.

Good luck in figuring out what's going on. Hope you feel better soon!

ok today i took in 1045 calories....the breakdown is 52.25 fat, 28.47 carb, and 118.37 protein. didnt last that long at the gym tonight as i was a wimp....which sucks.

I personally would swap your fat and protein around. That much protein will likely cause a little higher blood sugar and insulin spike. But Good job. Anything that gets your heart beating is good. Regardless of how long you did it.
