I just keep getting a new low, then going up a few pounds then back down. My fat % has dropped 10% since I started and I have gone down 3 sizes in pants. Gaining muscle can explain my slow weight loss.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
