Whew! This last week and a half have been really difficult for me. I lost my aunt unexpectedly and the stress and greif had me wanting run right to the holiday candy aisle and find comfort in a big ol bag of chocolate. I resisted the urge but still stciking to 1200 calories was a bit of a task. Most days I kept to it, but those 2 or 3 days when I didn't really made an impact. I haven't lost near as much as I should have and I haven't dome any working out at all. But today is a new day and I will get back on track so I can enjoy the holiday with my folks. Don't count me out yet!
