so as you can see my weight was 121 earlier today and i even reached 120 at one point today... but my fat ass had to eat... i ate about 900 calories and just weighed myself and im 123... fuCK! so tomorrow under 500 cals is my goal.. i need to be at least 118 by thanksgiving so when i do eat and gain weight im not over 120...

When you train your body to lose on fewer and fewer calories, when you start to eat more, all the weight comes back on. There's no way to sustain the loss by eating so few calories for the rest of your life. The loss of nutrients now, can lead to many health difficulties in the future (a short time no biggie, but long term dieting on so few calories can be a problem). Your best bet is to get in enough exercise to help you lose. If you eat 1000 calories and burn off 500 a day, you will lose, firm up, and be healthy. If you are just cutting calories to get to a certain weight by Thanksgiving, then good luck, lol!

Also, if you weigh yourself all day, your weight is going to change. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, so it can fluctuate hourly. All the food you eat and drink during the day, exercise, hormones, medications, stress, etc. can all effect our weight. Weigh yourself in the morning before you eat anything and in the same outfit, on the same scale, to accurate gauge your weight. All those numbers during the day are meaningless.

Take it slow. A slow weight loss is better for you and you will have a better chance of maintaining it. Getting some exercise in is key. Start out slow and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish! Good Luck!

hey ladies thankss... i work out my abs at least three times a week... i use to run everyday but dont have a gym membership anymore and its freezing out! i know i am scared after turkey day im going to be at 124 where i started =S... but i hear ya those pounds are just water weight im losing cuz its so fast it cant be fat... but im sooo desperate to look good in this outfit!
