So I have been drinking a lot of coffee and a few red bulls.... and choc soymilk.... eating less than 400 cals of food and 300 of drinks... losing a little weight every day... i haven't been on an extreme regimen like this for a while... but being non dairy pescetarian eating around 1000-15000 cals a day i was only maintaining around 124... and i want to loseeee so thats why im restricting again. plus three celebrative days are coming up ....tofurky day =) my bday and x-mas!
