I hate it that I turn to food for comfort. When I've had a rough day, I feel alone or ignored, I turn to food to help bandage my hurt feelings. I must be stronger then my addiction to food. I guess I will be off to shower and relax. I need to take care of myself without the food. I'm on a mission to love myself.
