Aha the liptin diet is the only one that I have tried that seems to be working. 6.2# in 6 days........ I started off with Atkins, so maybe this is a combination of the two.
87.9 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 31.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
