I have gone to the gym every day since getting my membership back. I have a set step goal and active goal every day and I have hit that. I signed up with a personal trainer at the gym for 12 sessions to help get my motivation level back. My eating has been awesome. My favorite is pizza with cauliflower for the crust topped with chicken, tomatoes, onions, spinach, bacon and just a sprinkle of cheese. For under 400 calories and minimal sugar I could eat one every day! No scale or measurements til May 11. That will be the 30 day mark of my assessment with my trainer. Keep up the great work!

How do you make the cauliflower pizza crust? Sounds nummy.
