Started off my day by doing an hour of wii fit... I'm not sure how realistic the calorie-burning-counter is on there, but it said I burned about 250 calories... Not too bad. My crazy amount of snacking during the day was DEFINITELY bad!!
But, tomorrow's a brand new day... hopefully I can get my butt in gear and be more motivated.

Be careful wii fit was not designed for the american life style. Its hard to loose usimg it. The japanese diet is very different from ours.
