Ate too much last night before bed, going to have to exercise for awhile today to burn off last nights festive food.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Made up for yesterday with 15 mile bike ride. What made it tough was the rear hydraulic brakes locked up so I rode with the real wheel brake on most of the ride, felt like a flat tire made the bike ride better.
