I feel great! I did my Walk Away the Pounds DVD for 30 minutes (2 miles - Leslie Sansone) and also did 30 minutes of circuit training. I'm so proud of myself! :-) I plan to do it everyday if I can fit it in my schedule....
103.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
