Just found this site, app is nice and simple so that works for me.
Been on the 5:2 diet 2 weeks and going strong.
was 88.3 kg and now 85 kg on the dot.

I lost 10 kgs a few years ago on the same diet while living in Japan, it was easier there as 1 could eat loads of konyaku noodles (0 cals).
