It's time to do this right. I will join the gym. I will make smart food choices. I am horrible at documenting what I eat but I will hold my self accountable for everything I put in my mouth. Here I go and hopefully the weight will soon go too.

You have the right attitude about holding yourself accountable. Everyday I remind myself to not make excuses for not eating right or exercising. What has worked for me is being able to forgive myself if I slip up and then get right back on track as soon as possible. Good luck on your journey.
