Well Surprise surprise. My appetite has SHRUNK and I today I had no hunger pains and I haven’t even eaten my full RDI yet. This week the hunger pains were sooo strung that I thought I wasn’t able to keep this up for too long, however, now that I am comfortable consuming less calories, I am feeling very optimistic. So for those of you out there on day one or week one and feeling hungry, I want to tell you, if you can hang in there for just a short about of time, it will get better quickly.
