After averaging 554 calories per day during a modified fast through September, October 1st was 3271 calories producing a 4.2 lb weight increase today. Looking to put on a total of 13.4 pounds in the month of October to weigh in at 180. Plenty of exercise is in store in order to put on the correct kind of weight.
