Today is the first day of a new month, which feels like a new start. I started the day great with BACON and the egg, Went to a picnic in the park and had deviled egg and 1 piece of grilled sausage, now for supper I splurged, hamburger meat fried down added a can of tomatoes with green chili, package of chili o and this was my chili of course covered in cheese hit the spot perfectly enough made for at least 4 servings. However, I tried to walk after eating not a good idea, miserble so i quite after 1.5 miles 1/2 of what I normally do.
