Had a rough day yesterday with the fasting for my test - Got super hungry and over did it in the evening

I will be working with a strength coach and dietitian in a few weeks. That is what the testing is for. I am trying to tweak my nutrition and exercise in anticipation of our program start. I want to lose about 25% body fat I can't believe after losing over 125 lbs I still have so much body fat. Working to gain muscle and get leaner.

I CAN DO THIS!! I WILL DO THIS!!!!!!!
