I am so close to my first goal of 200 that I have keep reminding myself to eat. The two halves of my brain are in conflict. One half says, "If I eat even less, I'll reach my goal faster." But the logical part of my brain knows that loosing weight too fast is not good either. Yesterday, my calorie intake was only about 1100 and I have had days of less than 1000. If I do that too often, it will actually hurt me in the long run. Everything in moderation, even loosing weight.
