I will not be a slave to my scale. I refuse to weigh myself until I have gone to the gym 14 times and eaten clean for 14 days. It's not about the weight but how I feel and how my clothes fit. I am more than a number.

Yep! To thine own self be true. My scale keeps me honest. I love it. It does not define me, but it is a great tool in my FS toolbox. There are days I dread posting the red up arrow results... But I learn from my mistakes. It keeps me humble too. I appreciate all the authentic FS folks who have been so vulnerable to honestly report their mistakes as well. We are in good company. We are not alone. Daynad... You may end up not seeing the number you expect, because you will become so physically fit from your clean diet & healthy fitness program - you've gain muscle mass, which as you may know, weighs more than fat. Feeling good in our clothes again is grand. Do what you love, love what you do... Be who you are.

I weigh every morning, but don't let the daily fluctuations bother me. Guess I am a slave to the scale. :(
