Not happy with my weigh in, after almost a week truely sticking to my diet and with exercising 5 times, I expected a MUCH better result.
I remember there were times with no exercise at all (some brisk walking maybe) and still I lost more weight than now. I think I'll just weigh myself every 10 days or more, otherwise I'll get discouraged. And when this happens, dissapointment leads me to binge eating -.-
