Day 3 of Induction and still no sugar cravings or flu-like symptoms. The foods I am eating have higher sodium than I am used to so I haven't seen a large drop in weight but that is ok. I'm just thankful that I feel normal even though I can't get my calorie count high enough. I need to add more protein but I didn't want to overdo it the first days because I wasn't a big fan of protein. I tried the Atkins Cafe Caramel drink today and it was excellent. The dark chocolate on Monday was ok but I'll stick to Cafe Caramel on future purchases.
