Yesterday I made brussel sprouts and they turned out great! I needed to go shopping, so my breakfast was an Atkins bar (safe for all phases) and my dinner was chicken sausage. I made 2 eggs and a piece of thick sliced bacon for breakfast today. I'll get used to the cooking thing I guess. I'm not craving sugar and I feel fine.
