Today was a bad day. First day to the new endocrinology center. They want me to go back on nova log long acting insulin. I refuse. I don't feel I've given the no- carb / low-carb diet enough of a chance. My target is 50 carbs per day, yes that right. Only, 50 carbs. I refuse to give up! I won't let diabetes get the best of me! I will reverse this disease! The "no carb" approach results in essentially no hunger. It's almost a miracle.
