With a once a week weigh-in, the scale controls my thoughts too much. I've decided to weigh in once a month or so. I'm trying to get my mindset off the numbers and on how healthy I act and feel.
91.7 kg Lost so far: 16.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week

I've been weighing in daily and it is driving me crazy. I know I should stop and weigh in less, but it is a terrible habit and I know by doing it daily I am more likely to do better.
