First day back on Atkins. I did Atkins 13 years ago and lost weight but got tired of eating protein. The new Atkins has a lot more variety so I should be able to adapt to this way of life easily.

I'm not organized for my first day on Atkins. I had to eat a breadless Egg McMuffin (no muffin) for breakfast on the road. I didn't pack veggies for lunch and can't get out to pick up a salad. The cappicolo and swiss cheese for lunch was good but I know I'll have to drink the Atkins shake I brought for backup.
