well that was a nice suprise...I thought for sure I gained weight this time around!! tested my blood pressure on a whim too, and it's a little high today...weird since I have never had high blood pressure in my life...will check again tomorrow to make sure it isn't just because of the busy weekend, and make an appointment if necessary!! starting the wii fit right after work...kind of excited!!
