Well there was a week of retaining a ton of water and now I'm getting rid of it all... I wonder how much I would have lost if I didn't spike my calories. .. Or maybe that's why I did... who knows... just happy it's happening. did a few tests on the scale to make sure it was right and it is definitely accurate.... so ill keep chugging along and staying with the plan... this is the exact motivation I needed to stay on course while my mother in law is here for aover a week... she comes on Friday and with her comes junk food..... I hope I pre made enough meals to avoid it all....

I was doing LCHF strictly. .. slipped up for close to a week with calories durring ... that time of the month.... then peed all my water weight lol... so I don't really know what I did there but I like it. it actually re-committed me to LCHF .. I've been adding more vegetables though cause I just can't bring myself to just eat straight up meat all the time.
