sigh... I am way too easily derailed.... here I go again.... routine, I must learn to stick to my routine! On another note - had a great time off for spring break!
106.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 42.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

As long as you don't give up...focus is crucial. Logging and "Shaking" helps a lot!!!

I'm right there with you and just trying to maintain is so hard. You can do this. Remember we didn't put it all on at once and it won't come off that way. Some weeks will send the scale in a direction we don't want it to go, but we will just keep on trying.... You CAN do this!
