Started to change my diet on the 2nd of March 2016. Have lost 5Kg to date but i fear it will be stagnant. This is where i would usually give up, beat up and frstrated. I'm hoping this time I will hold on. Fingers crossed!

I think I can speak for everyone and say that we have all been there....so don't give up...if it wasn't for @mistybenner I never would have found this app and use this to help me get myself to that next level...just reading everyone giving each other a boost is a huge boost...so keep up the great work...
