So today is a fresh start and day 1 of eating truly clean. I'm literally tired of being sick and tired. I feel like my body needs to flush toxins, reduce inflammation and boost the immune system. I am thinking by eating super clean I will start to feel better and jump start my motivation again. I know I can commit to at least two weeks to start and I am hopeful to maintain 90% of the time after. So here goes!
