put on .2k but expected as much because to celebrate Saint Patrick's day I cooked Irish Stew and bread - both were beaut and there is a little to finish off today

cut out 3 glasses of wine per day and that helped i think.
101 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 41 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
